Return & Exchange


We try very best packaging all items to reduce the occurrence of damage, occasionally accidents happen during shipment. If your order arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to replace the damaged/defective items in your order under the 7 Days Returns Policy. We are to address this problem immediately.

Please email to right away, and include the following information:

- Your order number.

- The details of the damaged/defective product received.

- Attach electronic images of damaged/defective products upon receipt.

We will respond to your message as quickly as we can. In the meantime, please DO NOT throw away your damaged/defective items. We will ask you to send the damaged/defective items back to us (at our expense). Thank you.

We do not accept returns under any of the following circumstances, and we apologize for the inconvenience:


  1. More than 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. The product accessories are incomplete, the tag has been cut or launched, and the integrity of the product has not been maintained.
  3. No refund or exchange for sale items.
  4. The product is damaged due to passing (and residual stains, perfume or body odor, etc.).
  5. Intimate clothing and jewelry products are based on hygiene considerations and are not included in the return service after opening.
  6. The difference between the positive and negative of the product size measurement and the storelabel is within 1CM ~ 4CM.
  7. Special packaging,damaged product accessories or event gifts are not returned with the return package.
  8. The discounted combination or special offer does not reach the number of discounted combinations after the return. The original price will be restored for there served items.
  9. The return does not reach the threshold of full discounts and gifts at that time. Discounts and gifts must also be returned together with returned goods.
  10. Original shipping charges and Tax are non-refundable.
  11. Please noted that all sales items are non-refundable. However, we are happy to process a one-time exchange for you if the size is not suitable.
  12. End of season sale/ Bargain sale items cannot be returned or exchanged


If LAMB confirms that the product cannot accept the returned or non-returned order, it will be returned to you by cash on delivery.If you cannot contact the cancellation, the returned product will only be retained for 1 month (calculated from the date of return). Obsolete, shopping money cannot be returned. Because there are too many uncollected items and more than one returned item, LAMB has the right to restrict the purchase rights.It is recommended that customers are more suitable for shopping in physical stores to avoid bothering and unpleasantness on both sides.
